1. Agentic experiences are integrating AI agents into digital environments where they can effectively and efficiently work with the user to accomplish specific goals. It differs from other AI experiences because of its ability to learn from interactions and remember that knowledge, and then adjust its approach to further suit the user’s goals. 
  2. I designed a personal shopping assistant within Voiceflow. The goal of this agent is to assist online shoppers in determining the right size for them in order to make more conscious purchases.

Find the standard measurements for size 6The user is browsing the online store and finds two tops that are a size 6. 5. The limits within my agentic experience revolve around the nuances within finding clothing that fits. While it has information regarding standard sizes, how they correlate to the brands sizes, and how that relates to body measurements. However, the agent is not able to determine the users general proportions in order to provide a professional fashion perspective.
